Peet's Coffee & Tea

No one could be found at counter so I opened door slightly and yelled hello. A girl comes out other end, sees us and goes in back room again. We waited again. She comes out , we ask for coffee and she says there’s no coffee. I asked how come, she abruptly says machine is broken and walks away. Poor customer service here that’s for sure!
