Super 8 Motel

Had to stay here to due a snow storm and impossible driving conditions. The first room had inappropriate (x rated) material in the drawers that the housecleaning staff did not clean. When we changed rooms, the next morning, I realized there were bed bugs in the room. I had been bitten all over my arms. So unacceptable! I don't even want to think about how carelessly the staff "cleans" those rooms! All that for $76!!

This hotel has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I was never informed of the 24 hr cancellation policy and held rooms here for my wedding reception. Out of over 200 guests, no one stayed here because the rates were the highest compared to Country Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn, both in Port Washington. Super 8 told me because I didn't "keep tabs" on where ALL the guests were staying, I am responsible for charges. I beg you all to drive the few extra miles to Port Washington or Grafton and stay in a hotel there! Please DO NOT waste your time at the Super 8 and DO NOT give them a penny of yours!!
