Worst company I've dealt with in a long time. The repairmen didn't know how to install my stackable washer and dryer, and rather than saying that, they improperly installed them. When I called them back to ask why the entire unit was shaking across the floor, they came over and assured me that everything was fine and that the unit could be defective.

I asked another company to come out and found that the washing machine shipping bolts were never removed - this is crucial to proper washer functioning, as I learned. Extremely simple fix that an experienced repair person should have known.

In addition to the workers' inexperience, the officer staff is just as bad. First scheduled installation involved me calling to confirm the appointment after they were 30 mins late outside the window and hadn't come yet. The woman I spoke to said their former scheduler had 'up and quit' and that they had lost all their appointment records. Only used them because Home Depot required it. They're a mess.
