We are a non-combative, non-competitive Tae Kwon Do Academy dedicated to redefining Tae Kwon Do as an art and not only as a sport. We acknowledge that all students are different, having varying skill levels and different physical strengths and needs. Established in 1986, HMD Academy of Tae Kwon Do facilitates improved flexibility, a cardiovascular workout and self-defense. We also help students to focus and improve schoolwork, leadership skills and self-esteem. Our programs include: • Self-defense • Hapkido • Tae Kwon Do • Taekgyeon Some students wish to learn self-defense while others wish to decrease their anxiety or depression.
