Karl's Towing

I am not sure what the gripe is with the previous reviewers, but I can tell you I had the best experience with Karl. I was in a true bind with having locked my keys in my car. He was prompt, opened my car like a pro, charged me a very fair amount...I highly recommend and will only use him for towing or lock-outs.

KARL IS A FRAUD... HE DOESNT WARRANTY ANY OF HIS WORK.. SAYS IF THE PART GOES BAD ITS NOT HIS FAULT.. CONTACT MY SUPPLIER, THE SOLD YOU A BAD PART.. I TOLD HIM I DIDNT BY THE PART FROM YOUR SUPLLER YOU DID ...HE GOT A NEW PART FROM HIS SUPPLIER BUT CHARGED ME LABOR TO REINSTALL IT.. BETTER OFF USING SOMEONE ELSE...KARL IS A JOKE...

BEWARE and take your vehicle elsewhere. Karl the owner is extremely verbally abusive and vulgar. He should not be running a business nor dealing with customer, unless you feel a high school dropout thug hanging on the street corner is what you feel is appropriate behavior. Their business practices are the lowest of the low
