        Overall
        worst bank in history, they screwed my 80 year old Mother

        we walked into this pnc branch last April with perfect credit, now they ruined her credit and won't give her a loan because of her credit that they ruined. now we are in shock. we are are now going to start legal action. Thanks pnc for looking after our senior citizens good job.
