Bait and Switch!!! Called from FL & verified with Valentina an install date for one of our rental properties. Was assured it could be done the following Monday, which was VERY Important because we live out of state and have to show the apt. to rent it out and be able to return to FL. ( we also have to live on the floor of an empty apartment while we wait!!)



Then we were called 2 days before our install date and told that they have to RESCHEDULE us for the following Friday!!!! Are you kidding me?This is our business! We have appointments already set for tenants to view the apartment. & have to stay in IN for another week!!!! Ridiculous, it's a small counter and job. Very Unprofessional to lie to your customers.



This is costing us money and time and could possibly lose us renters. She also quoted us $39.00 a square upfront and then changed the price by adding on "$180.00 more" to the $39.00 per square granite from the price quoted.



DO NOT use this company! You've been warned!!
