I used this repair shop for my Elna sewing machine. The owner is one of the nicest men I have ever worked with. He helped me know how to ship it (as I live outside CA) and was very supportive. He fixed my machine so when it came back, it was better than brand new! I can't recommend this repair shop enough. He was very fairly priced and I would use him again and recommend him to everyone! He is more than worth the shipping if you live far away from his shop.
