X-rays
The panorex film provides Dr. Jenista with a panoramic view of the oral cavity and provides valuable information at a glance about existing fillings, supporting bone, sources of infection, wisdom teeth, cysts and tumors. The panorex film shows more of the mouth and surrounding structures than regular X-Rays do.
Oral Cancer Screening

Teeth Cleaning
Fluoride Treatment
Fluoride is vital for good oral health. When fluoride combines with your tooth enamel, it strengthens it and increases its resistance to harmful decay-causing acids. Fluoride is beneficial for all ages. Not only does it decrease tooth decay, it also reduces root decay and root sensitivity in adults. Fluoride can be found in toothpaste, most tap water and through a fluoride treatment done by your dentist.
Dental Sealants
A dental sealant is an acrylic material that helps shield out decay-causing bacteria from the chewing surfaces of your back teeth. The best time to seal teeth is when 6-year molars appear in a child’s mouth. Placing sealants is a painless procedure that requires no numbing or drilling.

Fillings
Aesthetics is the big advantage over silver amalgam fillings. Additionally, as silver does not bond to teeth, healthy tooth structure is usually removed to keep an amalgam filling in place. Composites permit your dentist to remove only the decayed area of your tooth. Unlike amalgam fillings, composite fillings bond to the tooth. They have properties similar to your teeth and are much less likely to cause cracks. Dr. Jenista etches, primes and bonds the material to the tooth, increasing the strength of the tooth rather than decreasing it.
Resin Composite
This is a composite resin filling placed in the back teeth as well as the front teeth. Composites are the solution for restoring decayed teeth, making cosmetic improvements and even changing the color of your teeth or reshaping your teeth easy.
Veneers
What are porcelain veneers? Porcelain veneers are very thin porcelain facings. They are used to change the shape, color, size and spacing of your teeth. They have a lifelike appearance with the strength, beauty and durability that only porcelain restorations offer. In addition, they will not discolor or wear like natural tooth enamel. We use porcelain veneers made from very high-quality porcelain, that are very natural-looking, durable and custom-designed specifically for you.
Crowns
Dr. Jenista provides custom-made dental crowns made of high-quality, durable ceramic material that is similar in structure to the material of your natural teeth. Your crown will also have the same color as your other teeth, blending in seamlessly with your smile.
Bridges
For these reasons, fixed bridges and removable dentures usually need to be replaced every seven to 15 years, compared to an up to 25-year life span for dental implants.
Dental Bonding
This new system has been specifically designed for curing dental composites. Composites are tooth-colored filling materials currently used in place of amalgam (mercury) fillings. Composites are hard, durable materials that bond well to teeth and can be shaded to match the natural tooth color. Until recently, it could take several minutes to completely cure (or harden) a filling using a conventional Ultra Violet light. With PAC Light technology, a stronger and more durable filling is cured in seconds. Our patients have found PAC Lights to be a comfortable treatment option for composite restorations, tooth bonding, porcelain inlays, and veneers.

Deep Cleaning
Keep your teeth healthy and fully functional with regular checkups and cleanings. We provide deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), early cavity detection and composite (white) fillings.

Dentures
Fixed bridges and removable dentures are not the perfect solution to missing teeth and often bring with them a number of other problems. Removable dentures may slip or cause embarrassing clicking sounds while eating or speaking. Of even greater concern, fixed bridges often require the cutting down of adjacent healthy teeth, and removable dentures may lead to bone loss in the area where the tooth or teeth are missing. Recurrent decay, periodontal (gum) disease and other factors often doom fixed bridgework to early failure.

Bone Grafting
The ideal candidate for a dental implant is in good general and oral health. Adequate bone in your jaw is needed to support the implant. Some people who have lost bone in their jaw still can get implants, but first the bone must be rebuilt using special bone-grafting procedures.
