Beltone Hearing Aid Center

Went there with my 86 year old mother; while the franchise owner seemed nice enough his admin was totally indifferent and arguably incompetent. She never filed my mother's insurance paperwork so she could get reimbursed. That's a major issue for someone on a fixed income. In addition, they promise a "life time" supply of hearing aid batteries. They don't fulfill that commitment AND the batteries only last for three days in the hearing aids. This is a franchise; not an audiologist - not medical professionals. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Don't make the mistakes we made - simply go elsewhere.
