Caring Matters Home Care

First, The comments left by "Abe P" & "Abraham P." Are the same person. He is part owner with his wife at the Scranton PA location. His comments shouldn't count.

Second, Caring Matters is a disgrace to the home care profession and to the Caring Matters corporate office in N.C.

They hire anyone off the street. They don't do proper background checks and do not do drug tests on employees. Most care givers they have. Take advantage of the clients. Do bare minimum if anything at all. They don't do personal care correctly if at all. They ignore the clients all together many times. The employees that do do their jobs correctly with love, compassion, empathy & concern. Are treated like crap by caring matters themselves.

I do not recommend this company to families or employees. They have been reported to the corporate office for a formal investigation.
