Dee Jay's Hoagie Shop

This place has decent food, but their staff(specifically the old heavy lady) & customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order for delivery, & after waiting an hour.. I called down only to have the phone answered rudely "It'll be there in 2 seconds" and was hung up on. After waiting another 15 minutes with no food, I called down again only to be give more of an attitude. I told the ignorant lady that answered the phone, if they would have said it was going to be over an hour, that I could of been asked to just come & pick it up, only to be told "Don't Call Here Again!" & then was hung up on again.



I order delivery so I don't have to be reminded how DIRTY the place is inside.



Is this how you run a business? If it was looked at, it could be noted that we used to order from Dee Jay's twice a week, if not more. After today, I'll be telling everyone I know to NEVER order from there again.

The employees call you Buddy,Pal,and Chief which is insulting when a young person calls an elder person any of those names. The customer is NOT your BUDDY ,PAL OR CHIEF learn some respect. The Pizza is terrible I once got a big Salt and Pepper piece of HAIR in a slice how gross can you get.

My husband and I order from Dee Jay's alot. We love the wings. However, last night we ordered wings and a try of pizza. When he brought it home we ate the wings first and were a little disappointed, it was saltier than usual. When we ate the pizza, I felt SICK! The pizza tasted as if a salt shaker was poured on it!!!! So, we called down there the very next day, and asked if they did anything different with their sauce. They said "no its the same as always". We told them it was way too salty and they didn't seem to care. Well if that is the case DO NOT ORDER the pizza from here! I wished they would have said that it was a mistake so we would feel comfortable ordering from them as we have almost once a week for years. NO MORE!!!!

Great Pizza! Round and Square.. Hoagies are good also. Fast Delivery but they do charge 2.00 for delivery..
