Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went to this shop for tire rotation and a oil change. My rims were accidentally damaged and Tony stood behind his work and replaced them. I would highly recommend this shop

I used to go to a Firestone in the Philly area, and liked it, but this Firestone treats customers like crap. I went to them when I had to have a tire replaced. I asked them to also check my other tires, and their pressures, because my tire light was on, and let me know if the others needed changing as well. I was concerned about a bubble in one of them, I didn't mention it because I figured if they looked, they would see it, and tell me if something needed to be done. I also had them change my oil. After getting my oil changed, and my one tire replaced, they said all of my other tires looked just fine, and they adjusted the pressure. They then gave me a list of things that I needed to do to my car that were not necessary at all. When I tried to ask about how necessary these "repairs" were, they just hmmed and hawed, and wouldn't give me a straight answer, but told me that I really should get them done if I wanted my car to last. I got in the car, and my tire pressure light was still on. I called them up, and they said it was nothing to worry about, that it might take a week before it goes out. Well, one and a half weeks later it was still on, so I asked to make sure they actually checked the pressure. They said they did, so I asked them to check it again, just to be sure. When they checked it again, they did it in front of me, and they had to put a significant amount of air in each of the three old tires to get them where they should be. I asked them why they would have told me that they did it, when it was very obvious that they didn't, and they said, "well, the guy checked the box saying that he did it." I then asked about my other tires, and the guy said I had to actually have two out of three of my old tires replaced too, and that in the current state that they are in they wouldn't even pass an inspection. I had my tires changed there, because there was a buy 3 get 1 free sale on the tires I wanted, but I am never using their services again. When I went to pick my car up, and I was waiting for somebody to check me out, one of the sales guys (tall, skinny middle-aged man) was actually yelling at another woman (customer!!) and talking to her like she was 2 years old. All the woman wanted to know was what was wrong with her car, and why she needed to do what he was suggesting she had to do. She wasn't saying she wasn't going to do it, she just wanted to know what was going on, and instead of explaining things to her, he berated her and talked to her like she didn't know anything at all. She wasn't being argumentative at all. I was appalled when I saw this happening, and I actually made a formal complaint to HR. The way I was treated, and the way they treat women customers in general, was absurd. These people clearly don't take their jobs seriously. Also, when I was calling for prices for any product or service, they don't share information about any promotions they might have. To find out if there are any promotions, you have to go on their website. If they advertise coupons on their website, you have to physically print them out and bring them in, even if you mention that you saw a coupon on their website, they will give you a hard time if they don't have it in person. The only reason why I am not giving this place one star, is because they didn't actually do any damage to my car. Like I said before, I used Firestone before, and had been happy with them in the past at another location. They might have been a little pricey, but the other store I went to at least treated me well, and was honest/upfront about what my car did or did not actually need. They also never failed to overlook anything!
