Goodfellas Pizza

first, it was their west scranton pizzeria. they tell me $27.41. delivery guy arrives and now total is $27.44. now it is only 3 cents, but it WAS not what I was told. We get our order and it is ICE COLD!!! why pay all that money and not get hot food. I should not have to reheat food that is supposed to be delivered hot!! The service from the west side location has been getting worse and worse over the past TWO YEARS!! The owners really need to do something and do it fast.

Worst customer service ever! I even had the manager hang up on me when I asked why my card was charged extra for someone giving themselves a tip! The food is good, but three times now I had delivery drivers & even a cashier at the pizza place give themselves an additional tip on the receipt without my permission! Sorry, but the pizza is not that good to get money stolen off of me!

Tai chili boneless wings. New York griller meals . Specialty slices when I'm at the bar. What else can a man ask for??
