        Initially, my order was received completely wrong. Not only wasn't it the producted that I ordered, but it was a cheaper product that what I paid and ordered. However, after emailing the company, Shelley immediately corrected the mistake by shipping out the proper order that day. I received it two days later and am completely satisified with not only the product, but the company's expeditious response.
