Following an industrial accident Dr Franz was the surgeon who operated on my finger (partial amputation). I also had several visits with him following this survey. He treated me well, was very helpful and reassuring. He is easy to talk to and keeps medical jargon to a minimum. With regard to the surgery itself, my primary care physician said the surgery had been well carried out.
