Two weeks Orr Cadillac Service had my car working on leaks. Two days after I got it back it broke down with the antitheft system locking my key in the ignition. Before I took my vehicle in to Orr I was having NO problems with my electrical system, battery or antitheft. So I got my car towed back. They kept it from Friday until today (another 5 days) and tell me it was just a dead cell in the battery. I called Battery Warehouse - where I just bought said battery a few months ago - and they happily replace it for free and deliver it to Orr. Battery Warehouse calls me to inform me that after testing the battery they saw that the one they replaced was PERFECTLY FINE, and Orr calls me to tell me that they are charging me $185 after tax for simply putting that free battery in. GUESS WHAT CAR IS BROKEN DOWN RIGHT NOW WITH THE ANTITHEFT SYSTEM ON AND KEY LOCKED IN THE IGNITION? They fixed NOTHING. So here I am missing work tomorrow at a time when I desperately need it - to pay their outrageous prices for repairs - because they REFUSED to listen to me OR Battery Warehouse when we told them the battery was not the problem and that they had certainly not fixed it.



Mind you, this is only a month or so after I took this same vehicle in to fix a recall - a FREE SERVICE - and was informed that they had broken my brake line and were charging me over $300 to fix it. They told me I was "fortunate" that it had broken there.



DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They do not listen, they do not care, and they WILL take advantage of you.

This GM service center used to be an ALRIGHT place to go to buy products and have your car serviced, but those days are over. I don't know what has happened to it, but if you can get anyone on the phone from service, OR get them to actually schedule a service for you, you are doing better than me. I called them three times last week for a price quote, and although they "promised" they would call me back, guess what? No call! Now I do understand that they are dealing with many recalls at the moment , but I don't accept that as an excuse. What happened to GM Certified and all that. Mr. Goodwrench must be on a bender at this place. I even contacted GM concerning recall notice 13036 (the BCM/brakelight/electrical recall) and had GM set up my appointment with a three-way call. I was assured I would be taken care of, but once again, NO appointment was set up for me as I called to confirm and there was no record of it. There is something fishy here, so BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't count on this superstore. They are not out to please the customer. You will be SWARMED by car salesmen too, even if you tell them you are there for service only. High pressure sales tactics don't work for me either. Very disappointed here. I won't even go into their quality of work. Thumbs Down.

Terrible experience

The dodge and Chrysler side is great everyone over there is really nice but the chevy side is horrible! I mean worst car shopping experience I've ever had in my life actually worst shopping experience in general. I've never been treated like that as a customer I've been to many car dealerships and never had an experience like that. They were mean and aggressive and from the start just rude as can be. But like I said the dodge side is great and the people there are great I'm not sure why that is but that's how it was. It was actually unbelievable I can't believe that they would treat a customer like that I was seriously shocked. I will never ever go to the chevy side and deal with them that whole experience was absolutely terrible
