        Not ADA accessible (elevator out of service more than three times a week); got stuck in the elevator, told maintenance and he responded passively by saying that the elevator people come out once a month. Patched and unpainted walls in common hallways for over a month. "Amenity fee" charged by new management with no explanation or amenities offered. After hours resident emergency line rings through to voicemail with no return call.
