Massage

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is one of the most common and widely known forms of massage. It includes the use of oil or lotion with stroking, kneading, friction, vibration, percussion and range of motion movements.
Deep Tissue Massage
Leilani has been in private practice since April 1994. She specializes in deep tissue massage, pregnancy & postpartum massage, Hawaiian bodywork, hot stone massage, and reflexology.
Sports Massage
Hot Stone Massage
Stones are used in stationary placement in various positions and are employed in direct massage strokes for a deeply relaxing massage as this photo shows Leilani using the stones during a hot stone massage session.
Prenatal Massage
Eviates back pain-especially low back and sciatic pain, neck and shoulder tension, reduces swelling and calf cramps, nourishes the skin, lessens fatigue, relieves headaches, provides stress relief, and offers deep relaxation that is felt by the baby as well. Studies have shown that pregnancy massage reduces complications, labor time, and pain. Post-partum massage helps move fluids, tone and rejuvenate abdominal muscles, and pamper and relax the new mom. Massage after a C-section will help postural compensations after abdominal surgery, improve circulation and healing, and prevent restrictive scarring. The most common modalities she uses in this category are Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, and specific pregnancy and post partum techniques as a part of her certification in this area. Massage is wonderful throughout the childbearing year during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi Massage
Full Body Massage
Pamper and treat yourself with a facial, neck, and scalp massage, gentle facial cupping, and facial moisturizing. Vacuums and lifts the facial tissue with special facial cups, drains toxins and lymph, increases circulation and nutrition to the skin, softens scar tissue, and plumps wrinkles and lines. Session lasts approximately 50 minutes (including 10 minutes on the table of rest). This can be added to another type of service and works wonderfully with a full body massage or foot massage.

An hour long foot massage session begins with a medical intake and interview process where we come up with mutual agreed upon goals for your foot massage session then dictate how our session then proceeds. But a typical session then proceeds to include a very thorough massage of your feet in great detail while addressing areas of tension and pain, optional Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) bodywork & bodymindspirit work, massage cupping, and a variety of specialized reflexology massage techniques that will apply pressure and rhythm to stimulate points to encourage balance, healing and relaxation. You will want to wear comfortable shoes for after session, and please drink water before and following your foot massage session.
Face Massage
