Tony B and Francisco did an excellent job on replacing our very old furnace with a new one. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. It was a typical rainy day in Seattle and they took extra care in placing drop cloths or using shoe covers to keep my home and floors clean. They worked diligently to install the new furnace, were thorough and did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating/AC service/installation.

Chris C and Carlos did a great job on installing a new furnace for our house. I appreciate their efforts, seeing that the new furnace we picked, required much more intricate venting than anticipated. They had to move a large amount of items in our garage to get the new furnace installed and I appreciate all their efforts. They also helped us modify the amount of air flow going into one room that previously had too much air flow. I would highly recommend them for your next furnace installation.

Chris C and his associate went above and beyond the call of duty. Prompt, very courteous and patient, left the site cleaner than when they arrived ( ha! ), did a great job! An excellent experience.

Tyler and his assistant came in a reasonable time and did a great job of replacing the very old existing furnace w/a much better one. He was careful, clean and left me with feeling everything was as it should be. He installed a new thermostat for me and was very patient explaining how it worked. He was polite and careful to answer my questions. I've worked w/Greenwood over the years and was not disappointed with this service.

Saif and his team were very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. I would continue to use this company's service.

Reggie performed our annual service. He had great communication skills, technical knowledge, and seemed genuinely concerned that we had the information we needed to decide yes/no on repairs. Very efficient, did not dawdle.

Bob D and Gerald introduced themselves and immediately began the process of installing the unit I purchased. They completed the installation in a timely manner. Bob is an extremely friendly and valuable employee of Greenwood. He was very knowledgeable in his field and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. It was raining and muddy outside and he took special care in keeping my home and floors clean from start to finish. Both Bob and Gerald are top notch employees and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating/ac service/installation.
