Seattle Furnished Apartments Queen Anne

In mid Oct of 2012 the building was sold to QAG PARTNERS, the management is now Seattle Management Services, LLC. They gave me a phone number and e-mail to reach a Dave Yuchasz who may be a manager, or an owner, it's not clear. I was also informed that as of Nov. 1st there would be an onsite manager "to help with any issues that may arise".

This letter was taped to apartment doors, not handed to me by any person.

This notice was not officially mailed to us.

This notice and contact information was not posted conspicuously in the building.



I was never introduced to the new manager, there is only a vague gmail address on the office door or you can hand write a note and slip it under the office door to communicate with manager. Dave Yuchasz is not responding to my voice mails or emails.



I feel extremely uneasy with the new management and this has been a terrible transition.



I had to request three times to arrange for a meeting with these people and they still have not confirmed a date or time.



I do not recommend this place.
