Marc Stern told me it would cost 1500.00 to perform our bankruptcy to save the equity

on our home.



I asked him to look into a descrepancy of 200.00 with my mortgage company



As a matter of "principle" and not wanting them to get away with anything I suppose



The final figure as a matter of "Principle" cost me more that $10,000

apply some basic math here and decide if he is going to be right for you.



As for my own principles, I'm asking he return at least $4000.00 he owes me

in over charges, from more than 4 years ago, guess hes still holding onto

his Principles.
