Vivian McLean Apartments

The tenants are noisy, and although many of them are kind people, there is a great deal of drug activity in and around the building. This is not a safe place to live despite the fact that it's a secure building. One tenant had her apartment broken into just a few weeks ago. Manangement company that runs the management of the building does not care about tenants. Owners are not doing what they should be to insure the saftey and well being of their tenants. This building has had a bed bug problem that is allegedly resolved, but the tenants heard that story a year ago. The building is dirty, the laundry facilities are old and don't do their job. The on site managers are great but their hands are tied with budgets that don't exist and bills that aren't getting paid. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that this place will be up for sale soon and all the low income tenants in it out on the street. How sad.
