Michael from Affordable Air & Duct Repair was very responsive, affordable & quick. He replaced a capacitor and painted the evap fan housing to stop rust from causing a premature fan failure.

We had an AC inspection by Affordable Air before purchasing our new home. They had been recommended by our realtor and by an electrician who worked on our old home. The tech who performed the inspection was very helpful and polite, providing excellent advice on the care and replacement of the older unit that came with the house.

After a week in our new home, the thermostat failed. I had replaced thermostats before, but somehow failed to install this one correctly. All we got was heat! ​The lettering on a thermostat hook-up terminal is very small and not lined up exactly with the terminals. My vision is not great.

When I called Affordable AC, the owner, Debby, spent about 45 minutes very patiently walking me through diagnosis and correction.
The call started at about 7 PM. I gladly offered to pay, but since I was already a customer, she provided the service at no cost.

We have owned five houses since 1970 and dealt with many service companies, both good and bad. Affordable Air is as good as it gets.
