        They care about their customers the other two reviews here were from other AC companies in the area, provided the service they promised at an affordable price compared to other companies and I figured I wouldn't try to run the small man down.

        what happened?

        I used to get really good service from them however the last 2 times I've called them they never showed up to repair my AC.
