        Poor service.Waited 2 days to get my door fixed.Repairman showed late in the day and diagnosed the problem and was supposed to return the next day--NEVER SHOWED UP!
        I wasted to days waiting and did not even get a courtesy phone call.

        Best service. They showed up same day, carried replacement parts I needed and fixed everything quickly. They were extremely reasonable with pricing and didn't overcharge for the replacement parts I needed. Highly recommend!

        I live in a community where there are hundreds of screens and Southwood was very knowledgeable and fast on their service. Came out the same day, fixed my problem and I would refer them to anyone who ask where to buy a screen. My neighbors highly recommended them and I see why. Joe was great!

        They came to fix a problem still have same problem, called to let them know was told they would talk to the guys who worked on the door and call us back that was 3 days ago still no call back, don't understand!!!!!!
