        Really disappointed with recent service, or lack thereof. My Kroeger lift got damaged with my boat in the slip. My situation was an emergency because my boat was being damaged in the slip. I called to get it fixed and your installer wouldn't return his calls. Then I called a Kroeger manager who apologized and said he'd get right on it. He promised he'd get right back to me. Nothing. I guess after the sale, customers don't matter. Unprofessional.

        Outstanding Service

        Kroeger Marine was a lifesaver! They built and installed my dock in an exceedingly short time frame. They handled my neigborhood approval process on my behalf, and the dock is beautiful. I highly recomend Kroeger Marine!

        The people at Kroeger Marine have been great from Opie who was the sales rep who helped us, to all the office personel, to the guys that installed our project. They were extremely nice, helpful, and concerned about not damaging our property.



        We would highly recommend them.
