These guys are MAJOR crooks!
I called them for ac service, when my 3 ton Trane kept tripping the breaker.... they told me my compressor was grounded out and completely dead! And since it's an r-22 system, they would have to install a complete new system to the tuNE of $5-7,000!!! But if I absolutely wanted them to try to replace the compressor, it would be about $2800, and no warranty.... they said it might only last 6 months!!!
This weekend we had our best friends down to the lake for the holiday weekend. He owns a commercial ac company out of Atlanta.
Long story short, he wanted to check our compressor himself, since too many times he's seen people get taken!!!
My compressor WAS NOT SHORTED OUT!!!! It only needed a $28 part!!
Also, the Pitman tech, had cut several of our wires, and disabled the unit, which our friend had to repair also!!!!
The lying crooks were trying to sell me a $5-7k complete system, over a $28 part!!!
DON'T USE PITMAN!!
