******** manager of Highland Ridge Apartments, forcefully tried to move me during a severe panic attack, while I was the phone with 911." ******** followed behind me and shouted, "Don't Worry I GOT THE DOOR", and she slammed it behind me. I fell to the ground on the corner of the sidewalk, in sheer panic unable to breath, so I immediately called 911, while on line with dispatch suffering from a full blown panic attack I feel someone grab my arm and my shoulder pulling me and telling me to get up, I was crying, "don't ..touch..dispatch instructed that whoever was touching needs to stop and walk away. I was taken to ER and treated for panic attack. The complaints to this company do not stop here. Those that are in Management positions should never speak to anyone the way I was spoken to, nor be treated the way I was treated. . So the only outlet is to let others know my experience.

Amazing Beautiful Apartments!! Amazing office staff and matinence crew!!

The office workers are so rude. When I moved in there was mold everywhere even though they where brand new. They fixed the problem by coming in and setting our air at about 60, while telling us not to change it. This making my light bill go up double and they did nothing about this. I have had many problems with office. I had turned in some paper work and after they had missed placed it the lady saying "well I haven't been here I didn't lose it, lets get that clear off the bat", left me speechless. They even came in to spray for insects while one of the neighboring apartments was in the shower and he didn't even know they where in apartment, he could of walked out naked to strangers. When calling to confront the problem they were hung up on and calls where not answered. The apartment is great but the people running it are NOT!
