Mr. and Mrs. Marx are the nicest people ever! I took a ring there to be resized and he could have just done the resizing and collected my money like any other place probably would have, but he realized that had gotten the wrong size initially and was honest about it and one of the stones were wrong. So rather than take my money then, he gave it back to me and told me to go back to where we had purchased it from. They have gained customers for life.
