I live out of town and was having problems with my camera. I brought it in to Jay on the off chance he might be able to help. He quickly identified the problem, saving me a costly repair. Highly recommend this photoshop.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. This place is a joke. Jay's employee quoted me at a max of $80 for a photo mounting. On pickup, the total came to be $120. The level of customer service after expressing frustration with a $40 different in the quote was appalling. For a local, small business owner, Jay needs to learn a thing or two!! would never go back there.

Jay's Photoshop in Old Saybrook is a terrific place to develop your photos. Jay is friendly and helpful. He took walked me through the process to use his web site in order to upload photos from my home computer to be printed in his shop. His web site was easy to use and convenient. The photos came out beautifully- very sharp and with great, true to-life-colors. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Jay's for all of our photo needs!

Jay's photoshop is outstanding. Their work is far above any other photolabs i've used in the past. Jay does excellent work. He's restored old photos with rips in them and made them look new again. I highly recomend Jay's Photoshop for all of your photography needs.
