Secure Title Agency

I was conducting business long distance with Secure Title. The OWNER was the Agent. When I did not get written or verbal confirmation my property went to settlement, I emailed ALL parties involved for confirmation. I received a rude, unprofessional and scathing e-mail from THE OWNER. She stated that I acted "like the rules didn't apply to me" and "never would do business with you again".....Well, pardon me but when I am paying your company for a service I have no idea was performed, I would thing I had a right to question whether it was done. If your ego and self-righteous indignation gets in the way of your customer service......Well, maybe you need to find a new career! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ANY TITLE COMPANY BUT THIS ONE.....Horribly unprofessional. They don't deserve your hard earned money!!! Horrible, unprofessional woman who needs a serious course in property business etiquette.
