        Overall

        I've got a drain problem and about once or twice a year I get a back flow in the basement. This time I called drain king when I got a sewer back up in my basement. nick, the technician, arrived promptly and had the drain cleared within 15 minutes! Services I have used in the past would have packed up and left. Nick ran the snake all the way TWICE to ensure the drain was completely clear. He told me the problem appeared to be a low spot in the line. Then he gave me some advice on steps to take to correct the problem.
