Rave Sound Systems

On 7/26/16 I had an appointment at 11 they open at 10 no answer and when I got there they were closed they didn't call me or anything to cancel all I got was voicemail hasn't been set you even tried the number from their Facebook page. I even went around to the shop door and beat on it getting soaked in the process since it was pouring. I'm not a former employee and don't know any former employees either this is just an honest I can't make this crap up review. Thankfully sun masters was able to get me in at 12 they saved the day since I drove an hour to get there in the first place. If you need anything done don't waste you time with rave sound just call sun masters. I've have work done previously from rave sound with no complaints but they have gotten my last dollar as I will never use them again. If I could I would give zero stars.

This is honestly the worst stereo shop I have ever been to. They installed a ken wood navigation for me, and I had to go back 4 different times the first day because they kept forgetting to wire something. Then I had to go back an additional 8-9 times after that because they kept screwing up the wiring in my truck. Then a few months later my whole truck shorts out so I take it to the ford dealership and they say it's because my navigation was sitting on top of a main wire behind my dash and rubbed a whole in it and shorted everything out, so I call the owner of raves and tell him my situation and he cusses at me and says it isn't his problem. So I'm stuck with another $500 bill because of their screw up. I'll never go back there and I highly recommend that no one else does.

Easily the best customer service in the tri-county area. They have the ONLY computer accurate window plotting and cutting. Some of these reviews are downright FUNNY.. just take time to actually read the stupid stuff in the "charges". Pricing things TOO HIGH ? Why complain, JUST DON"t BUY!

The problem with these reviews,

most all of these do NOT reflect customer's reviews, but those of ex=employees who left under unpleasant circumstances.. What we have is ridiculous personal attacks from a combination af miscreants and neer=do wells!! Matthew, if you had simply cleaned up the apartment afyer getting 6 months free rent while not completing agreed upon work, we would not have had this problem.

your apparent disdain for agreements resulted in your not being welcome in our store, simple as that! It's too bad that your anger has resulted in a plethora of lies and humorous fabrications. It should be apparent to anyone reading this that these charges result from a bitter and disgruntled person.

As to the sick female, yes, I fired your husband, and we both know why!! If anyone wishes to know the truth as to our record of great work and customer relations, check out our Better Business Bureau record over the last 28 years!!!! As to dishonest employees, We have successfully prosecuted and sent two former employees to prison, and believe in protecting others by doing so. Check us out and form your own opinion.

What can i say about this store? ALOT just to start off the owner is a doushe bag and his manager is awesome.All the owner does is bad mouth previous employees and scam ppl out of money.He recently bought into great deals and is listing them for the same price as if he payed full amount for them. He treats his employees like garbage and always has a attitude with them. He has even threatened a few of them of hitting them until they stood their ground. I have a friend who worked for him and told me he had wrote him up at work for personal matters outside of work. He buys back used stereo equipment for cheap when people wanna upgrade and puts it on the floor to resale for its minimum advertised price and works out trade deals on car audio equipment for work of his own personal choice. He wouldnt hire one guy because he studdered and eventually hired him under the pretense he wouldnt smoke at work and wanted to make fun of him and his family members who he dislikes. This man does whatever he wants and angers employees till they quit and then blames it on bad employees when we all know it isnt that they are bad employees it is the owner who pisses them off till they quit so he cant get unemployement drawn on him. My friend had just walked into the shop and ron ( the owner) had said what? so my friend replied i was coming to buy some equipment but im gonna take my business elsewhere and ron replied with ok then. I mean really?!! how can a business owner get away with this stuff for so long without having anything done about it! so i wouldnt refer anyone to this business and will never go there myself again. Oh and to respond to sicktwistedmommy (wife of red headded guy(ryne)) doesnt have a clue about anything and is running her mouth over stuff that she dont know about. There isnt a felon working at rave or that has ever worked at rave and her husband is one of the biggest thieves rave has ever had. And if u read this ryne u need to get your wives mouth under control before she gets u beat up she pissed alot of people off with that comment.

Rated 1 star cause I can't give zero. The owner is a self absorbed a$$ hat. He's rude & thinks he knows everything. Everytime I've been in the store he acts like his stuff is gold... Prices are 3 to 4xs msrp. He thinks cutting you a deal is taking $5 of a $800 bill. His workers are felons, druggies/dealers, or thieves now. Used to have a few good workers. One of them (red head guy) always got a sale out of me. Such a shame when a business goes down hill because of a lousy owner & employees.

Workers didn't act as if they knew what they are doing, the ad. says they are certified & I could tell they are NOT!

I have been in this shop many times now and I have to say that the young man they have working there for a while now is awesome at helping or explaining things. He always seems to be working hard. I think his name is Ryan. The only issue is they have a new guy working and I use the working lightly here. He has a cocky like attitude and he seems to put his work off on the other guy. I hope the good guy is making the better money to put up with someone so ridiculous.
