Portside Plumbing & Heating

Used Portside Plumbing & Heating to do some remodeling in my house. I was impressed with the outcome of the project(s). Excellent workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a quality job at a reasonable price.

Portside Plumbing did a great job. We called them after having Edgwater Plumbing try to fix the problem twice. They came in and made the repair to my tub in less than an hour. They are now my goto plumber.

I had Portside do some plumbing work at my home...I would have to say after reading the other reviews on here I was skeptical but I had heard quite a few recommendations from some of my customers as I believe word of mouth and referrals are more important than anything. Contrary to the other reviews, they showed up on time, were professionally dressed and were expedient with their repairs. The work that was performed was resonably priced but the quality of work exceeded the cost by far. I would highly recommend Portside Plumbing & Heating.

Very POOR response time and over priced. I asked if I could recieve a discount for them wasting my time after they did show up the day they where suppose to and I was told they ran on the service calls that day. I suppose that is fine but they couldn't even call me to let me know that they where going to be late or not even come that afternoon at all. I had to leave early for work only for them not to show up and then had to leave early again the next day to meet them. I guess after all of that they did fix my toilet, it just would of been nice to be informed.

Some of the worst service I have ever recieved. After 2 hours had past for the scheduled appointment I finally decided to call to see if they where going to show up and they had told me they had double booked. Then when they finally did show up they left a mess across my floor. The ad says clean and on time, yeah right. Then to top it off I had to call them back after what they had supposedly fixed still leaked. I would never consider using this company again.
