Autumn Pointe Apartments

Absolutely horrible. The Management here is terrible they had one that quit or they got rid of and now its just terrible.

I do have to say the apartments are nice but the management here is awful!! I've lived here for over a year almost 2 and now they decide 2 weeks before rent is do to increase the rent. Not legal. So I've been told by other apartment owners. The pest control people that they hire don't seem to be doing their job. I've had a lot of centipedes this year. The office manager never stays the full work day. Parking can be a problem and the cable they require you to have is awful. If you are looking for apartments to not lease here!! I wouldn't not recommend anyone living here or any of the Irby management properties!!!!

Autumn Pointe Townhomes began construction in 2010 and will soon be completing Phase III early 2013. We offer spacious 1/1bth (738-820sqft), 2/2bth (1066sqft) and 3/2bth (1220sqft) Each Townhome offers all black appliances, Garbage disposal, Laundry area, Ceiling fans, Ceramic tile, Plantation blinds, Walk-in closets, private Security system and 24/7 Fitness room. We also have on-site Management and Maintenance. We are centrally located to Churches, Schools and Entertainment. Office hours-Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
