Pizza Hut

Glad I ordered EXTRA pepperoni otherwise there probably would not have been ANY on my pizza. Not good.

I ordered my pizza at 5:40 and was quoted a 32 minute delivery. After an hour I called to ask what the deal was. I was told he was on his way. I waited another 30 minutes was on hold so long I hung up. I called back after 2 hours had passed and asked to speak to a manager. Her name was something with an M. Morgan maybe? Michelle? Who cares. She was apologetic and blamed it on them getting behind and I told her I understand but good customer service would be to call and notify the customer. Then she proceeded to blame it on me ordering online which set me over the edge. She said if I called in the order someone would have called me. I put my number in the order online....so you're telling me you get treated differently the way you order? She did not offer a refund and said he was JUST NOW WALKING OUT THE DOOR!!!! So I stopped her and asked if I was going to be refunded. She hesitated but did say she would refund me. We will see if that happens. Well when the guy gets here I ask for change for a $20 so I can tip him. I was only going to give him $2 because of how annoyed I was but still wanted to give him gas money. After giving me $16 and slowly looking for the rest (trying to get more of a tip) I said just forget it and keep the $4. Then he asks to use my bathroom. I didn't want to but felt bad so I did anyway. I was home alone while my boyfriend was at work and with my 8 month old baby. I'm only 21 and a female. I thought this was very disrespectful for him to ask. Plus he LEFT URINE EVERYWHERE IN MY BATHROOM!!!!! I can't remember his name but he was a big guy. Oh not to mention he lied saying he was the only delivery driver and my food was freezing cold. Plus no marinara with my bread sticks. Pizza Hut is disgusting anyway....I just ordered because of the $5 deal they are having. Never again. I'm livid...and I try to be understanding. Beware everyone!

Pizza was cold when it arrived 45 minutes later than quoted delivery time spoke to manager named Torri and she offered to remake items but would not deliver even though i offered to pay ANOTHER delivery fee and she will said that they could not deliver it

Pizza is good, but parking is not. Usually have fast service.
