        Overall

        I had a nearly similar issue. It took 6 weeks to complete a 3 day job. He made promises of extras that he never delivered on. The promises were because he was behind schedule. I will allow 2 weeks of the 6 for rainy weather but still... he is full of excuses and does not communicate when he cannot be on the job.
