A Plus Express Lube

I was looking over the reviews, and found two troubling reviews. The problem with the smashing of the rocker panels. I think this may be due to someone's operator error. Most new cars have a small area for lifting; you have to be very careful of the placement of the lifting pads. The loose oil drain plug is a big o ##$@. I fell for the safety of the A Plus and drivers. A Plus should have separate oil techs put a wrench on the drain plug of ever car and truck and set this as a company procedure. This would take little time but save you a lot of future headaches. Loose drain plug(s) are a big consumer anxiety when having your oil changed. You can market the 2 tech check and make millions. wonderful service everytime I go there. They are awesome, professional, and honest. I've been there many many times, not once they have disappointmented. If I had 10 stars I would rate them the highest within that area. 100% satisfied, I highly recommend it

I go to Aplus for the oil changes on my car, the staff is very nice friendly and thoughtful , last time i was there they handed me a bottle of water while i waited......now if that's not customer service , i don't know what is, i will be back.

This place is one of the nicest oil change places I've been to in a while not just service but its very clean (don't see that much anymore). Just moved to the area and don't think I'll try any other place out. The employees there were friendly and didn't pressure me to get any more work done then I wanted.

Be cautious when letting them rotate your tires. They rotated my tires and crushed (damaged) both front rocker panels. When I took the vehicle back they told me it was like this before! When they took their lift device pad and compared it to the damaged area, it is a perfect match. Now I must take them to small claims court to get my vehicle repaired. I took pictures of their lift pad matching my crushed rocker panels for the court date. Everyone makes mistakes what upsets me is that they are trying to say they did not do this. I think they need more training and some business etiquette. Jim

A plus lube did not tighten drain plug enough and oil leaked on the driveway. A plus

manager then tried to blame leak on transmission fluid. I had to tighten the drain plug

myself and it was very loose. Manager was very rude and did not fix the problem A plus

lube caused.

I've been going to a different oil change shop everytime I needed an oil change... I've finally found THE place for me to go to all the time.. a place that I can trust.. Clean, new and honest people... very friendly and will do the best job for me because they want my business, not to get rich but to make a living.. I would love to see this place stick around so i will give you all my business and send as many people as i can to you.. thank you so much for taking care of me!
