        Overall

        WOW-great service, great response time and great ownership even AFTER work has been completed and my computer was delivered to me. Not only was the experience far superior to that at geek squad, but I feel the quality of service was better as well as more reasonable. Would definite recommend-honest and reliable.

        Excellent! Fast, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. I called Saturday, day before Easter and technician was at my door in two hours. He fixed something in very little time while couple companies before him totally failed at figuring out what was wrong with my computer. Great service!!!

        Friendly and prompt service. Computer tech was very professional, timely and knowledgeable about computer issues and troubleshooting. Pricing is Very reasonable and they have accommodating hours of operation. The technician was very honest. I also appreciate the remote access service available.
