I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your kindness and professionalism when we were there today for my daughter's portrait. She felt comfortable and spoke highly of both you and your assistant Cassidy, you made the session most pleasant. I called up to get info and just knew by the lack of wanting to help over the phone that this was not going to be the right place for senior portraits.

This photographer was chosen by Simsbury High School to do senior portraits. My wife and I bought some to surprise our daughter. We had an issue and contacted the business. I explained what the issue was, and the attitude of this business was poor. I was told that "I would not know what to do to correct this issue, because everything is digital now". He was very short and said " what do you want me to do about it". I explained that I could send them back for him to see the issue, he continued with the attitude, and sidestepping tactics, asking me not to be upset, but providing no resolve, and I could see he was not interested in satisfying a customer. I will see to it that he won't be providing this inferior service again in my area.
