My association has been with Ross Morgan for a few years. They are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job managing our property. I especially love the web portal where I can make my dues payment and check out other pertinent information about what is happening at my association. This is a feature that our other management company did not offer and it’s extremely beneficial to all of us. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service they have provided.

I have lived in my condo for over 10 yrs and have witnessed many positive upgrades during that time. I am not on the board of the HOA but rather a concerned property owner. Every time I email Warren with fixes or potential upgrades to the building I always get a response within 24 hr letting me know the email was received and when the fixes can expect to be taken care of. I appreciate knowing that someone cares for the building as much as I do. Considering the value of my unit is tied to the value of the building, I feel like we are in great hands!

They always answer all my questions and assisted me with one of units in escrow during this past month. I wanted to especially thank them for having an amazing group of maintenance team who helped me trimmed one of the brushes that were blocking the electrical panel. Please keep up the great work you are doing in managing properties!

The condominium complex, of which I am a board member, has been concerned about replacing our old roofs for some time. We needed help from an expert. We found that help with Ross Morgan and Warren Davidoff. Warren’s steady hand, wise counsel, calmness and, expertise helped us achieve our goal. He also conveyed faith in our ability to do it. That and his continual support helped to make our job possible. I have been on the HOA board off and on for over 20 years and the service of Ross Morgan is the best I have ever experienced.

As Board President for 32 years I would like to thank Ross Morgan Co for serving us impeccably for over 30 years. After having had bad experiences elsewhere, Brian Davidoff and his team were recommended to us based on their honesty, integrity, and dedication, and have NEVER let us down. This has to be the most professional, best company of its kind. For decades they have generously gone above and beyond on our behalf. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Very unprofessional. They failed to do a walkthrough of a unit we purchased prior to its close and then forced us to make 1000s of dollars of changes.



The back and forth emails were EXTREMELY unprofessional between myself and the president of the company.



Lacks professionalism and only cares to cover up their own mistakes!



They even admit in a response that we should have complied with Rules and Regulations. They made sure we complied before we sold it but not the previous owner? Why was it our duty to pay for their negligence?



And they admit this is their responsibility " the management company was now aware of the problem, there existed an obligation to comply with the CC&Rs and install carpeting and padding"



WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Do not hire for your property unless you want disgruntled residents and your HOA to have their hands full due to lack of professionalism and follow through.

Avoid this company. They can't control their community managers.. I wish I could give Ross Morgan negative star for hiring such a lousy and disrespectful community manager for our HOA.

The Community manager that take care of our HOA is so rude, unprofessional, impolite, **DISRESPECTFUL** and no manners when she talks to you over the phone or when she replies to your email.

She treats you like you are a second class citizen or you owe her money.

I have no idea why the company allowing people like that to work with them. Most likely the management is no better than her.

I would like to commend the outstanding job Janice Wilson has been doing on a Beverly Glen property involving an insurance claim. I am the insurance adjuster for the liability insurance policy. Since Janice and Ross Morgan have taken over this account it has been so helpful. Upon taking over Janice immediately started working on obtaining estimates for the damages to the impacted condo. She continues to keep up with not only the contractors who will be doing the work but the needs of the unit owner. I am thankful that Janice was selected to take over this property. She is truly an asset to Ross Morgan.

I don't pass out compliments easily however must share that our manager and Ross Morgan are highly respected in our association. When our manager Tricia speaks we listen to this respected voice and it helps to get things done. We have been professionally represented for 8 years by Ross Morgan.

Abel in customer service did a great job handling a recent boiler issue at Sherman Village when our manager was out. Abel’s follow up with Bateman Water Heating was competent and friendly. He was very professional in backing up our manager Kelly.
