Great store and great service. I am glad I found this place, we do not go anywhere else, why would you, they are the best.

This business must be operating on a shoestring, no signage as to what the rule was for that day?

I brought my vacuum in for a cost of estimate for repairs, I never got a ticket. I only took it in for a estimate, after they repaired it without my knowledge or even calling me for the cost of the service or an idea what it needed, after I questioned the manager, I was spoken to in a condescending manner as if I was a person with no sense of knowledge or right as to question my right to know what a repair would cost before approving it. And was told that "they usually tell people that they only call the customer if a repair is over $90.00 "

which my bill was $95.00 for a repair that was not really a repair. Now I was called rude and causing a scene, and the nice gesture of having the middle finger thrown up at me through the front door window, yes, this a role model for a business. with a license to steal.

The vacuum does not work, and the tall tell stories that are told to the naïve consumers whom frequent this place is also disturbing, how much have they misrepresented the service that they are actually performing ?
