Ive been here several times and theres always something new to look at. While the staff is often really busy, I still key a "Hi there" or a "Hay man hows it going" when I come in. Ive bought movie there before, took it home and when it didnt work, brought it back, it was thrown in in a pile to be polished and allowed to pick a new movie. No questions asked. I always have someone ask if they can help me. Im sure there could be more personalized service, but it is a busy placed behind the scenes. Ive tlked to both owners before and Ive never been disrespected or talked down to. I guess to each their own. Give it another shot and let them prove that your experience was not a common one.

I will NEVER shop at this business again!! This store is dirty and dingy with very few quality items. The employees are rude and deceitful. Especially the owner Kevin. After agreeing on a price and being told the item would be held for me, he sold it out from under me the day before I was to return to buy it. I got NO apology, NO courtesy call telling me it had been sold, and his only response was that he was able to make a few extra bucks. This store is full of nothing but GREED and DISHONESTY!!!

this place is great and very helpful. and if they bought an item from you what did u thinik they were gonna do -.- sigh* guess people dont have common sence. but very nice place and a techy kind of feel only thing i question is why they sell so many movies 0.o

If I could give them NO STARS, I would! Terrible place to do business. They sell nothing but junk! Don't waste your time. The one thing they had that I was interested in, they made me an offer that I accepted, and then they sold it out from under me. I asked to speak to the manager and instead was disrespected by their employee(Aaron) and hung up on. I can't stress enough. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
