I just spoke to Liz at Advantage Oil. She is terrific! I purchased a house up in Glen Spey, NY and Advantage was recommended by my realtor. Liz answered all my questions and we scheduled a fill up for this week. I am very confident that they will deliver as promised. Thanks Liz...you have a new customer!!

that old slogan 'large enough to serve you, small enough to know you' comes to mind when reflecting on my initial phone call with this company. I was new to the concept of heating oil and found my tank empty. called the company that had serviced this house over the years and who has a good rating in terms of customer support etc., I was dismayed to be treated with such indifference, clipped and unhelpful answers when trying to come up with a solution to get heating oil with the limited funds I had that week. I called Advantage Oil; a family owned and operated business in Shohola PA. The moment 'Liz' answered the phone, I was set at ease-didnt feel foolish or like I was 'bothering' her. She took the time to answer questions, find solutions and offered some grat suggestions to avoid the same problem in the future. Their prices are competitive, but the level of customer care and service I was treated to is priceless. I am now a loyal Advantage Oil customer and Im happy to leave feedback about this company.
