        Overall
        had to go to court to get security deposit back!

        I rented a condo for a weekend and could not get my security refund back. There were numerous ignored phone calls and emails. Then I was told 2 seperate times that a check was mailed (neither of which was received). The third check bounced and finally I had to sue.
