Terrible service. Not even busy yet soo slow! Food was not how we ordered. Third visit and still terrible. Never going back! Would give a negative rating if possible.

The food and service was horrible. The waiter acted like she was on speed or something. She passed our table several times running. The kitchen staff was very loud shouting and arguing. The chips were crumbs, my entree wasn't what I'd ordered and when they called themselves fixing it it was still wrong! The kitchen was nasty, food all on the floor and a mess! I will do Chilli's at the Bossier location from now on!

ISoon as I walked in I notice how dirty it looked the floors the seats the windows ect.need updateing.remod.the wattress was not polite whole area no one there she stated I sm having a good day so ill go a head an let you sit there no greeted my husband in I,so we,sat down .the seat was broke we recevied appertizer at the same time main corsres
