worst location yet. fries are always overcooked or stale and the apple pies are never fresh. managers that care about what's being served should be there not the team they have now.

Dear Sir or Madame



On Saturday evening, March 30, 2013, A friend and me went to your McDonalds on Shreveport-Barksdale Blvd. I told my friend my order and went to the rest room. When I cam back he told me he had not ordered. There was no else in line with us. No even acknowledge our presence. A manager had his back to us making ice cream treats. He could have said we will be with you in a moment. Another employee just walked around and giggled. We waited a bit longer and left since no one even spoke to us, We went to Wendy's across the street. This was about 6:30pm.



Very disappointed in this location. It has always been the best McDonalds in town.
