        Customer Service is GREAT!

        I called Bovio a couple weeks ago because my heat wasn't working, The tech came out and got it working without costing me any additional fee's. He wasn't sure if the repair would hold up, it didn't. I had to call them again and replace the motor to my furnace. Things were tight and I wasn't able to put all the money down that they required to order the part. They worked with me anyway and came out right away to get my heat running again with a brand new motor. The customer service was excellent and the technicians were great. I appreciate a company that understands the financial stresses of today's economy and am grateful that my family was not left out in the cold. I would recommend their services to anyone looking.
