My wife and I were looking for a living room set with our 5 year old daughter and every question we asked seem to upset the owner/employee. She also was having issues with the fact that we had our daughter with us and watched her like a hawk the entire time we were in the store. If you don't want people to bring their children into "your store" than have the intestinal fortitude to ask them to leave before they start looking around. I called the store to talk to her about the customer service I had received. She not only defended her customer service but told me I didn't discipline my daughter quick enough for her. I was willing to apologize for the way my daughter was acting and I would have pulled the review if she had shown she could be civil. She insulted my wife, my daughter and our method of discipline multiple times over the phone. She spoke to me like I was beneath her and like I was wrong for calling her to let her know I was not satisfied with the service I received.

Treated us like family. Listened to us..made us laugh. Our experience was FUN!

This isn't the first time I have experienced at this "business". It is, however, the last time I will ever go there. I went there two years ago to replace my household which had been lost in a fire, needed everything. I walk in and don't even receive the common courtesy of a 'hello" or "welcome". I proceed to find my way through the store, checking out living/bedroom sit's and a dining room. Not once did I have a salesperson come over to ask if I had any questions, needed help or anything. I left, taking my business elsewhere. Flash forward to today. I attempt to find a king mattress and bedroom set. I get the exact 'service' I received on my last visit, which was nada. So I walk right out and head over to Sparks where I will be purchasing what I need..dropping several thousand.
